5. What is the procedure if I want to close my account?

To close your account, you just need to request a withdrawal for the entire balance, which can be done by calling 1-800-737-7059. All withdrawals are processed from Monday to Friday, beginning at 10:00 AM ET until 3:00PM ET. Your account will remain available to you, should you decide to use it in the future.

6. How do I place a phone sports wager?

When you call you need your account number and password for the ticket writer. At the completion of your wagers they will read them back to you to confirm that they are correct. When all wagers are confirmed, you will need to give your account number and password again as a confirmation.

7. How are phone sports wagering discrepancies handled?

All telephone transactions are tape recorded for security reasons. These recordings may be used to settle any disputes on wagers or payouts. In case of a dispute, both management and the member agree that the tape recording of the transaction shall serve as the final determination in the dispute and all wagers will be adjusted accordingly. When you confirm the read-back the wager is final.
