The following rules and regulations form an agreement
between Bet247usa.com and its members.
Please read the following carefully:
By registering and wagering on the Racebook you indicate your full acceptance and understanding of the rules.
1. Ante-Post betting will be available on all International events.
Ante-Post bets are accepted all in whether they run or not. Stakes are lost if the selection does
not run.
Ante-Post bets will be made void if:
a. The race is abandoned.
b. The Horse is balloted out.
c. The race is declared void.
d. There is an alteration to the conditions of the race after the bet is struck.
Rule 4 may be applied to all horse races. (See chart below for deductions):
Rule 4 will be applied when an intended participant does not take part in an event. It is
only applied on the day of the event betting and not on ante post (Futures)
betting where non-runners are losers. It does not apply to Pari Mutual (Tote)
prices. The scale of deductions that will be made is as per the following chart:
