The following rules and regulations form an agreement between Bet247usa.com and its members.

Please read the following carefully:

By registering and wagering on the Sportsbook you indicate your full acceptance and understanding of the rules.

1. Laws regarding gambling vary throughout the world and it is the responsibility of players to ensure that they understand and fully comply with any laws or regulations relevant to themselves in their own country or state. All members of Bet247usa.com must be at least 18 years of age.

2. Personal identity and details of all members will remain confidential. Bet247usa.com will not report wagering information on behalf of any member. This is the sole responsibility of each member.

3. Members are solely responsible for their account transactions and should keep their account information confidential. Should a member give away, share or lose his account number and password, Bet247usa.com will not be held liable for any claims regarding that account.

4. Management reserves the right to refuse or limit any wager.

5. All Internet wagers and account transactions will be monitored by management.

6. All Internet wagers are final once accepted by Bet247usa.com and confirmed by the player.

7. Internet wagers that exceed the specified maximum amount must be called in to be approved by a bet247usa.com wagering agent.

8. Minimum wager on sporting events is $5.00 for Internet and $50.00 via telephone.

9. Wagers over $500.00 for all sporting events are subject to approval by management.

10. All sporting events postponed and then rescheduled will automatically constitute a "No Action" wager, and all money will be credited accordingly.

11. Bet247usa does not recognize suspended games, protests, over-turned decisions, etc..., for wagering purposes.

12. In the case of an obvious error on a posted line, the wager will be deemed "No Action" and the member's account will be credited accordingly.

14. The home team is always listed as the bottom team unless otherwise specified.

15. All rules, regulations, and payoffs contained herein are subject to change and revision by the management without prior written notice.

16. Standard Las Vegas rules apply to any rule or wager not covered by the rules and regulations herein.

17. All Internet wagers must be placed through the user interface provided by our software at this website. Any Internet wagering through other means, including the use of a "robot" player, is strictly forbidden. In the event that use of non-approved client software is detected, management reserves the right to invalidate all such wagers retroactively, cancel the player's account, or take any other appropriate counteraction.
